About Us

Dr. Ross is very passionate about mission and community engagement. He founded two radio broadcast ministries – reaching the communities where he served for Christ. He led the Beacon Light SDA church in Kansas City, MO to complete a 1.2-million-dollar sanctuary expansion and renovation building project. Under his visionary leadership two 501(c) 3’s were established in two different cities, the last one receiving a substantial grant of two hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars from the state of Missouri to start an Early Learning Center.

In 2008 God called him to serve as the Publishing, Health Ministries, and Stewardship Ministries Director for the Central States Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Later Men’s Ministries and the Message Magazine promotion campaign were also added to his responsibilities. He performed these responsibilities faithfully, educating and empowering hundreds in local congregations across a nine-state region to make a difference in the communities where they served.

Dr. Ross is certified by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists as a Vegetarian Food Instructor, as a Master Gardener by the University of Missouri, and as a Prepare Enrich Marriage Facilitator by Prepare Enrich. He is a United States Army veteran, a graduate of Oakwood College (now university/BA in Theology), Andrew’s University Theological Seminary (Masters of Divinity), and Saint Paul School of Theology, Kansas City, MO (Doctor of Ministry). He has been married for twenty-six years to the former Pamela Owens of Milwaukee, Wisconsin who is the love of his life, and his number one support in ministry. They have one wonderful daughter, Jailyn.

He enjoys spending time with his family, playing table-tennis, dominoes, and other competitive games, cooking, running, gardening, and martial arts. He embraces each new day as a gift from God. His life mission is to lift up Jesus in all that he does, and to be found faithful when the King returns.
